About the Project

  • Serendipity Farm & Vine is a vineyard in Johnson County that also acts as a tasting room, art studio, and event space. Located just east of the Overland Park Arboretum in Stilwell, Kansas it is a hidden treasure in Kansas City and a proud renovation that SRKO Commercial Builders is currently working on.

  • SRKO Commercial Builders were able to create a unique studio for 8183 Studio. SRKO handled the drywalling for the entire studio, helped build private offices and meeting rooms, improved the kitchen area and installed new cabinets and shelves. SRKO strives to exceed the expectations of our clients with the work that we do!
